- Embroidery is not suited for photos. Please upload a logo or text to be embroidered on the cap. To have a nice embroidered image, choose a logo or text with up to 3 solid colors and low details, due to the thickness of thread.
- After you upload the text or graphic to be embroidered, we will send you a final art/design in up to 2 business day for your approval, before we start the embroidering.
- Your personalized cap will be ready to ship in 3 to 8 business days after you approve the art/design to be embroidered.
